Dear Students and Parents,At Shri Bala Vidhya Mandir Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we uphold certain regulations to ensure a disciplined and conducive learning environment. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
School hours are from 9.00 am to 12 05pm and 12.45 pm to 3.30 pm Attendance is compulsory on all working days (Monday to Friday), and pupils should arrive on time. Permission for leave should be sought only for valid reasons, and unnecessary absences are not permitted during school hours.
Inside the school campus, students should converse only in English to enhance their language skills.
Students must have a pair of black and white shoes as part of their uniform.
Parents are required to sign their child's homework daily to ensure their involvement in their child's academic progress.
Regular grooming, including trimming and oiling of hair, and cutting of nails, is expected from all students.
Books and notebooks should be neatly covered and labeled to ensure proper organization.
Each student is responsible for their belongings and should take care to avoid loss or damage.
Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance to ensure academic progress.
Discipline is an integral part of student behaviour and should be followed at all times.
Students are expected to follow all disciplinary rules framed by the principal, whether temporary or permanent.
Students should handle school property with care, and any damage caused will be the responsibility of the student to replace.
Unnecessary valuables or cash should not be brought to school to avoid loss or theft.
Students should exhibit good behaviour and show respect for elders at all times within the school premises.
Students are responsible for their safety, and any accidents or injuries during school hours or excursions will be their own responsibility.
Fees should be paid on or before the due date during office hours (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
Cell phones are strictly prohibited within the school campus.
Parents wishing to meet teachers should do so between 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
Students should attempt all terminal exams and mid-term tests for promotion.
Re-examinations will not be held for absentees before or after the scheduled exam time/date.
Students should actively participate in all school activities.
Students should utilize the library during free time for academic enhancement.
Criticism of teachers or the school in the presence of students should be avoided. Any complaints should be directed to the principal.
Parents are encouraged to help their children develop self-help skills for work and study as they grow.
